Dining Statement (2/05) Revised (8/05)
Smith dining services will introduce a new dining option for September 2005. Kosher and Halal meat will be provided along with traditional menu items in the newly-renovated Cutter-Ziskind dining facility. Pork products and/or products that contain alcohol will not be served as part of the dining menu items at Cutter/Ziskind. An additional facility with separate meat and dairy kitchens will prepare strictly Kosher meals under rabbinic supervision for lunch and dinner weekdays and provide weekend meals to individual students as needed. All meals will include a kosher vegetarian/vegan alternative.Previous Posts
